The rooms are decorated in unique Dutch style and retain lots of original features of the impressive canal house. They are quiet rooms located in the back of the house, overviewing our lovely patio. This means you will be living within the liveliness of the city-centre, without hearing any of the street-noise.

Cleanliness and safety are our upmost priority, thus smoking is prohibited in the rooms. However, we have a lovely patio inside the house where you can have a smoke. Unfortunately, our B&B is not suitable for small children (< 6 years) or pets.

Check-in :  Between 09:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m., by appointment only.
Check-out : 11:30 a.m.

BREAKFAST:
For the Large Dutch Room, a self-service breakfast is available in our breakfast-kitchen between 8:00 and 11:00 a.m. For the Cloud9 Dutch Room breakfast is not included, but you will get complimentary crackers, cereals, jams, bottled water and fresh fruits upon arrival and throughout your stay.  In addition, there are plenty of nice cafes and restaurants for breakfast, lunch and dinner within just one or two minutes of walk.

Third person is EUR 25.00 extra per night (Large Dutch Room only).

We only accept bookings with valid credit card details (we will not charge your card but we ask for an authorization from your card company).  You can pay by cash upon arrival (there is an ATM just 1 minute walk away).

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation or modification more than 14 days prior to arrival date: EUR 25.00 administration/cancellation fee.
Cancellation or modification less than 14 days prior to arrival date: 1 night charge.
Cancellation or modification less than 3 days prior to arrival date: 50% of total amount due
Cancellation or modification less than 1 day prior to arrival date & NO SHOW: 100% of total amount due
